Cancellation of Appointments

2.2 Refund Eligibility:
  • If an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued for any prepaid fees or charges.
  • If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
